Cover Art for yates music inc. by mikel saint of Masterz Multimedia. illustration influences from world renowned anime akira. The project outline called for somewhat of a experimental take, something animated and minimalist. We wanted to introduce this scene directly out of the film Akira where the character tetsuo is wearing a Red Cape and sits atop a Massive chair in an old abandon stadium. we found that shot to be iconic in a sense and fitting for the overall scope of the album. we wanted to take this cover so much further but unfortunately like most things, budget is always a factor.
